The general scope of work for this project includes repair to the exterior precast stone curtain wall panels, exterior stucco (at roof level), replacement of all exterior wall panel sealant joints, replacement of perimeter window sealant joints, and other miscellaneous exterior facade repairs as identified on the drawings. Included: . Repair existing cracks in exterior precast stone curtain wall panels as indicated. . Repair existing miscellaneous spalls and other damaged exterior precast stone curtain wall panels as indicated. . Repair existing miscellaneous damage to existing painted precast stone screen wall at upper roof level and repaint. . Repair existing cracks in exterior stucco walls at roof level, and stucco soffits, and repaint. . Remove and replace exterior joint sealants throughout (typ. at wall panels). . Remove and replace exterior joint sealants around perimeter of all windows. . Clean surfaces of all exterior precast stone walls.
