The project includes the adjustment of an existing buried junction box, construction of one proposed manhole, installation of one proposed headwall, installation of approximately 42 LF of proposed storm drain, and lining of approximately 226 LF of pipe at 12270 Asbury Park Drive in Roswell, Georgia. The project also includes rip rap energy dissipation at the outfall of the headwall. Please refer to construction plans titled "12270 Asbury Park Drive Drainage Improvement Project" by Columbia Engineering dated May 26, 2023, for more detailed information on the scope. The project also includes rip rap energy dissipation at the outfall of the headwall. Exactly 120 calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract. Required permits and rights of way and easements have been obtained by the City. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from and must be submitted using the designated website for free. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the Awarded Contract value are required. The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids.
