W56HZV23RL102 Renovation of Pavilion on Joint Systems Manufacturing Center The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price construction contract for recreation pavilion repair. Base CLIN includes roof and trusse replacement and minor electrical work. Two option CLINs are included. This action will be a competitive, total small business set-aside. Period of Performance: 60 days from Notice to Proceed Response Date: 21 August 2023, no later than 5:00 PM EST The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 236220. The contracting office is Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal, 6501 E. Eleven Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48397. The solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or representation. Offerors shall submit a copy of this solicitation with their responses to clauses and provisions accordingly. A failure to complete fill-in may cause your offer to be determined ineligible for award. Basis for Award: The Government intends to award one (1) firm, fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. Award shall be based on the lowest price, eligible; see section M of solicitation.
