The City of Phoenix Aviation Department (Aviation) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide airport custodial and floor care services in accordance with the minimum specifications and provisions specified for each Group herein. The City of Phoenix (City) expects to create up to three (3) contracting opportunities under this RFP as follows: Group A: Large Company Group B: Small Company Group C: Floor Care Services Company (Large Company) The City owns, and the Aviation Department operates, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), Phoenix Goodyear Airport (GYR), and Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (DVT) (collectively, Airport). PHX is a large hub airport and the 8th busiest airport in the United States in terms of operations, serving over 44 million passengers in 2022. As the largest economic engine in the State of Arizona, PHX strives to deliver a world-class experience to every customer, every day The term of the Contract for Group B: Small Company will commence on or about April 1, 2024. The initial term of the Contract is five (5) years, with two (2) one-year options to extend that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Director of Aviation Services.
