This Project Consists of Renovation of Skelton Park Including Regrading, New Sidewalks, Landscaping, Statue Plinth, Lighting, and Other Amenities.bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of Five Percent (5%)- Percent of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be With-drawn for a Period of 30 Days After Opening of Bids. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities. Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able To Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work. A Performance Bond, Separate Labor And Material Payment Bond, and Insur-ance in a Form Acceptable to Owner Will Be Required of The Successful Bidder Champaign Park District Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any and All Informalities in the Bidding. After Receipt of Bids and Completion of the Review Process, Champaign Park District May Award a Contract to the Bidder That, in Its Opinion, Will Provide a Combination of the Best Services and Reasonable Cost. Bids Will Be Held Good for a Period of Sixty (60) Calendar Days Days Subsequent to the Opening Of Bids.
