The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor and supervision necessary for the demolition work on the above properties. The Contractor is Solley Responsible For Demolishing All Structures and Improvements on the Properties, Clearing All Debris From the Properties, and Restoring the Properties to a Presentable Condition as Further Set Forth Herein. The City of Wilson reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to re-advertise should the need arise. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. The City will not discriminate against any bidder submitting a bid because of race, creed, color, national origin or handicap. The City of Wilson reserves the right to require performance bond or other acceptable alternative guarantees from successful bidder without expense to the City of Wilson.
