Burdick U.S. Courthouse and Annex located at 655 1st Ave. N, Fargo, ND. 58102 Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70RFPW23QW8000004 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for the purchase, installation, and programming for an upgraded Video Surveillance System (VSS) in Fargo, ND to include but not limited to cameras, network video recorder, workstation, network switch, monitors, PoE injectors and uninterrupted power supplies (NOTE: all equipment listed in Statement of Work). The contractor shall perform VSS component installations as noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Services shall be provided via a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $25 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for completion of the VSS installation will be provided in the solicitation. The contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
