Generally and without limitation, the Works in the six (6) expanded bays include: Demolition of exterior walls and roofs New exterior facade and garage doors with new structure. Roof repairs and new roof basins related to the expansion works Modification to the interior fittings with new doors and concrete block partitions Supply of mobile furniture New concrete slabs New drainage including a new retention pit and pumping station. Modifications and additions to various existing plumbing systems such as domestic water, high pressure wash water, storm drainage and compressed air. Prepare bay 58 for installation of a scissor lift system . Modifications and additions to the existing sprinkler system in Bay 58. New ventilation unit c/a distribution and modifications related to existing ventilation systems. Control works. Electrical work such as lighting, power, fire alarm and various systems. Expansion of six (6) bays : Bay #56 Bay #57 Bay #58 Berry #59 Bay #60 Bay #61 In general and without limitation, the Works in seven (7) bays including six (6) with new jacks include: Replacement of hydraulic cylinders in six (6) work bays including related civil work (reconstruction of floors, installation of cassettes and superstructure, backfilling, etc.): Bay #6 (2 cylinders) Bay #7 (2 cylinders) Bay #16 (3 cylinders) Bay #50 (3 cylinders) Bay #51 (3 cylinders) Bay #52 (2 cylinders) Correction of slab slopes in one (1) work bay and installation of a tire workshop in one (1) work bay: Bay #17 (slope correction) Bay #16 (installation of a tire workshop) The Contractor will be responsible for the temporary storage and management of equipment and inventories of hydraulic cylinder parts supplied by the COMPANY in the six (6) work bays with new cylinders (for bays #6, #7, #16 , #50, #51 & #52). The lifting equipment in question is currently stored at the COMPANY, they must be relocated to their new storage location at the expense of the Successful Bidder. New drainage and modifications to the existing drainage network. Without limiting itself to generalities, all the related activities necessary in order to carry out all the Works requested in the Quotations, according to the Rules of the trade, are an integral part of the Submission and will be carried out, except where specified otherwise, by the Successful bidder at no additional cost to the COMPANY.
