Contract duration: 2 years Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Prices good for: 60 days The Newark Housing Authority ("NHA") accepts sealed bids for Plumbing Supplies for various Newark Housing Authority Sites. The contract term shall be for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional year at the sole discretion of the NHA. The NHA will receive sealed Bids via www.BidSync.com platform only and no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 . NO PAPER BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED . Bid forms and contract documents, including specifications, can be located at www.BidSync.com. Registration at the Bid Sync platform is required to access the documents. There is no fee associated with Registration, download, proposal submission, or any other activities related to NHA opportunities on the Bid Sync platform. All questions and requests for information must be submitted through the Bid Sync system. The deadline for posting questions and requests about this IFB is Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM . The Bid Sync system will not accept postings after the deadline set for submitting questions. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (P.L. 1975 c 127 Affirmative Action). This solicitation is subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and 2 CFR 200 et seq. These bids are being solicited through a Fair and Open Process following N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The Housing Authority of the City of Newark reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the Bidding. The N.H.A. also reserves the right to award all or a portion of the award to one (1) or more responsible responsive Bidders. No Bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (90) days after the opening of the Bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Newark
