This invitation to tender is subject to the following agreements: Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO); Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The tenderer must attach the following documents to his tender: the "Price schedule" form; the "Breakdown price schedule" form; the resolution excerpt; the certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer; the valid certificate from Revenu Quebec, if he has an establishment in Quebec; the "No establishment in Quebec" form duly completed and signed, if he has no establishment in Quebec; the tender guarantee; the letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services; the authorization to contract from the Autorite des marches publics, when required because of the amount of the tender; a copy of the licenses required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1); Any other relevant document required in the call for tenders.
