Supply and install 2 vertical type Teak cables 3#500mcm from the 21st to the 4th floor room 0403 of the building. A distance of about 350feet each # 3C 500KCMIL /37 B NS XLPE AIA PVC 1000V Mineshaft CSA TECK 90 Cable. Provide a Teak #4/0 cable of vertical type, single conductor from the main malt bar on the 21st floor, up to the 4th in room 0403, in addition install a pre-drilled and threaded malt bar, make the connections with Thomas and Betts compression seals, about 350feet 1C 4/0AWG /19B NS XLPE AIA PVC 1000V Mineshaft CSA TECK 90 Cable. Provide "sleeves" when passing walls and floors for cables and fire sealants type Hilti. Make "scans" of slab on each floor, do not drill through a reinforcing rod. On each floor, it is necessary to do a "racking to cantrust", slab to slab (seismic) in order to support the 3 vertical type cables, they will be supported with a basket every 15m, in addition, there will be a curve of 90 degrees every 15m. Provide a cleanliness slab for the transformer, certified by seismic engineer. Provide Novibra supports of sufficient capacity for the transformer or higher. Provide a 600amp NEMA 3R fuse switch, provide a core transformer and box in 2 sets, dismantled in the factory by Delta, recertify everything at the site in order to have the label on the front 450kVA 600/347-600 CD6C0450VVA6XXBD. For the distance between the transformer and the panel, calculate 10 feet distance, the connections to the transformer coming from the switch and towards the panel will be in "sealtight" with adequate connector, provide sealing rings (O-ring) on the connectors, all connections will be made from below or sides of the switches and panels. Provide and install a new panel with 600V-600amp3P-4F-65kA Copper hand breaker, NEMA 2 with "gasket" and "door in door". Provide the following circuit breakers: 1x400amp, 2x 200amp, 2x100amp and 2x60amp. All circuit breakers must be 65kA, no serial protection will be accepted. All noisy work must be done outside normal working hours. The premises must be cleaned daily. Provide a seismic certificate at the end of the work, by an engineer. There is no freight elevator in the building, so protection must be provided in the elevator. On the 5th and 7th floors, move the transformer into the electric closet to carry out drilling and scanning work (provide shut Down). Please follow the included McGill Design Standards.
