This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to install asphalt roof shingles on the pavilion shelter at Herrington Manor State Park, this project is located at 222 Herrington Lane, Oakland MD, Garrett County, Maryland 21550. Also install asphalt roof shingles on the Maintenance Shop/ Cold Storage Building at the Deep Creek Lake State Park located at 898 State Park Rd. Swanton, Garrett County Maryland 21561. DO NOT MAIL OR EMAIL BIDS! SBR vendors are encouraged to respond. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE DETAILED SPECS IN ITS ENTIRETY. PLEASE NOTE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR. Please upload all attachments as ONE BID PACKAGE attachment only. If the project requires any specific type of license, please put the license number(s) on the Bid Form attachment.
