As of 7/11/23 As no bids were within 10% of the estimate, Owner plan to re-advertise on July 13th and 20th, with the bid opening on July 28th. The disks with the revised plan set will be available for purchase starting on Thursday, July 13th. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or firm interested in the same and be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid submitted in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54; or a bond for the full amount of the bid submitted, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its' performance properly secured.
