The project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete the demolition and replacement of existing paved trail, prepare stone pad for placement of a prefabricated restroom building with water, electric and sewer service connections, and installation of underground electrical conduits. Work also includes furnishing and installing E-One DH151 Pump Station System and forcemain with connection to an existing sanitary sewer manhole. Work also includes water supply connection and storm sewer extension. Work also includes trench restoration and site stabilization activities, including temporary erosion and sedimentation controls. The work also includes furnishing, placement and compaction of fill material to bring the site to grade, furnishing and placement of topsoil, final grading and seeding and mulching all disturbed areas. The work includes removal and proper disposal of demolition debris and rubble. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount, thereafter required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Waiver of Lien. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated.
