The scope of work for appraisal services will include, but not be limited to, the following items: 1. Contact with the property owner for which a property is being appraised, and an offer to the property owner, or designee, for the opportunity to participate in the site visit by the appraiser. 2. Comparative analysis of right of way acquisitions with similar properties in the determination of property value. 3. Appraisal reports of property value in accordance with the professional standards applicable to appraisal services. 4. Provide an electronic (.pdf) copy of each report. The scope of work for acquisition services will include, but not be limited to, the following items: 1. Prepare and make formal written offers to property owner(s) for acquisition of right of way. 2. Negotiate with property owner(s) to secure right of way acquisition. 3. Once acquisition is complete, Consultant will provide to County a copy of its Acquisition File on each right of way parcel acquired.
