Per Addendum 4- Project is out to Rebid- The scope of work includes: o Take delivery of and pay for air cooled chiller that was ordered by the owner. o Install air cooled chiller. o Demolish existing mechanical equipment and provide new air handler, boiler, pumps, etc. o Demolish existing pneumatic controls and provide new DDC controls. o Existing VAV boxes to remain and have their controls replaced. o Electrical revisions required to support the mechanical changes. Durham Technical Community College reserves the unqualified right to waive informalities and reject any and all proposals. o install an air-cooled chiller, provide a new boiler, air handler, five pumps, DDC control system, specified ancillaries, and electrical work to support the HVAC work at Northern Durham Campus, Building 1, 2401 Snow Hill Road, Durham, NC 27712. DTCC ordered the chiller with a PO. It is expected that prior to the arrival of the equipment, the installation contractor will be identified. The installation contractor will issue a new PO to replace the original PO issued by DTCC, which will be cancelled.
