**As of August 16, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consist of, but is not limited to, the following major elements: Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and perform all labor necessary to construct the improvements to the water pollution control plant as shown on the Drawings and as specified. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, modifications to the headworks structure including demolition of the existing bar screen and installation of a new screen, replacement of five (5) actuated valves at the sequencing batch reactors, demolition of the existing sludge pump building that is attached to the digester, construction of a new sludge pump building, construction of a new sludge dewatering building, electrical work and new SCADA system. The work also includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, site work, yard piping, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, take offs and all other appurtenances required for completion of the work as shown and as specified. Time allotted for completion of work is 365 calendar days from the date of a written ''Notice to Proceed'' from Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
