Garden City Public Schools is seeking highly qualified/experienced contractor to provide and install (1) new 60” range with 6 burners and a 24 griddle, (1) wall cabinet 96 wide by 15 deep and containing (4) hinged doors with stainless steel construction, (1) pass-thru heated cabinet stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, (1) 36 air door, (1) electric countertop griddle and (2) exhaust hoods with fire suppression system 9 long x 24 high and 54 deep. This work will include the removal and disposal of the hood units, removal of the old range and burners and any electrical and gas modifications needed to ensure units are operational and compliant along with repairing any imperfections left visible from the previous equipment. Contractor must supply the new equipment listed and provide tools and other equipment necessary for the performance and completion of the scope of work. Questions and request for clarification related to this RF should be in writing to wisniewskis@gardencityschools.com no later than June 9, 2022. Responses will be emailed to all respondents no later than June 14, 2023. Garden City Public Schools reserves the right to cancel this RFP in part or in its entirety.
