The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation 15BFA023B00000031 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Fire Alarm at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Loretto), located in Loretto, PA. Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Loretto is a federal owned facility located at 772 Saint Joseph Street, Loretto PA, 15940. The project consists of the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Replace Fire Alarm at FCI Loretto. The contractor shall be responsible for removing and replacing approximately eighteen (18) existing fire alarm panels, one hundred fifty (150) manual pull stations, eight hundred seventy-five (875) smoke detectors, twenty-five (25) duct smoke detectors, two hundred thirty (230) heat detectors, one hundred eight (108) remote test switch/indicator for duct detectors, one hundred (100) horn/strobes, thirty (30) waterflow switches, thirty (30) tamper switches, two hundred ten (210) monitoring modules, twenty-five (25) control modules. All newly installed fire alarm panels and related components and systems, upon completion of installation, shall be tested by the contractor to demonstrate system functionality.
