Notice is hereby given that the City of Cripple Creek Parks and Recreation Department is seeking requests for engineering and design proposals for an upcoming project to remove and replace failing sidewalks, stairs, and ramps. Remove and replace existing sidewalk to meet ADA Standards The firm will provide the professional services needed for the project. The selected Engineering Firm will assist Cripple Creek as the city's internal technical expert and act as the primary point of contact with the engineer of record designing the CDOT funded City Park sidewalk project. Bids from qualified contractors for design and engineering of the City Park Sidewalk Project. The City may conduct interviews with the top-ranking firms in order to make a final selection. The successful firms will be commended to the City Council for authorization to enter into a Design and Engineering Agreement with the City of Cripple Creek.
