Founder's Hall Middle School Roof Replacement Roof replacement Furnishing of all necessary and required labor, materials, tools, equipment, scheduling, transportation, supervision, and the complete performance of all work School District anticipates awarding Contract within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. No bona fide bids shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening The successful bidder must furnish the school district Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the bid. Successful bidders will utilize form AIA A312 to complete the Performance and Payment Bond. This project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor, and Industrys Prevailing Wage Determination. All bids shall be clearly marked with the contractors name. Whenever a contractor shall submit a bid for the performance of work and the contractor later claims a mistake, error, or omission in preparing said bid, the contractor shall, before the bids are open, make known the fact and in such case the bid shall be returned unopened, and the contractor shall lose the right to bid All questions must be written and address to the Architect above. All written questions must be received five (5) days before the bid due date. Bidders must directly reach out to the Architect and obtain a copy of the bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid This Project consists of repairs to the envelope and partial roof replacement to the existing Middle School
