Construct approx. 1,350 SY of 4" Concrete Sidewalk (typ 5' wide) 2. Construct approx. 9 NCDOT Handicap Ramps 3. Construct approx. 250 LF of 2'-6" Concrete Curb & Gutter Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages bidding by small, minority and female contractors and does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status. Bids from qualified disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) are encouraged. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract.
