Request for Information (RFI) form at http://www.pnnl.gov/contracts/contractdocuments.aspx and address it to the Contract Specialist listed on Page 1, no later than 2:00 p.m. PST; 6/28/2023 The Work consists of replacement of 4 packaged gas-fired rooftop HVAC units with 4 heat pump units. Provide electrical and mechanical modification to existing infrastructure as necessary. The Work consists of demolishing (4) existing rooftop HVAC units from the AML roof. Demolish natural gas piping. Demolish return duct and prepare for reconnection. Demolish supply duct and prepare for reconnection. Demolish electrical connections to existing HVAC units. Demolish conduits, and conductors from feed to existing HVAC units. Demolish fused disconnect switches. Demolish conduits and conductors from feed to existing splice enclosure. Demolish conductors and conduit from splice enclosure. Patch and repair vinyl roof membrane, insulation and install walk off mats. Patch CMU wall. Install (4) electrical breakers, conduit from existing panel to new electrical disconnects on the roof at heat pumps. Route 1 inch condensate pipe from (4) heat pumps to roof drains. Fabricate and install ductwork transitions and related ductwork connections and supports to existing rooftop ductwork. Connect heat pumps to Building Automation System and perform functional test. Perform testing and air balancing of all areas in AML facility served by (4) heat pumps. Fabricate and install work platform, stairs, and guardrail for (4) heat pumps. In the AML Building, on the Pacific Northwest National Laboratorys Richland Campus.
