A CDBG funded project to install/replace accessible curb ramps on local streets, as more fully described in the bid documents. Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Question Submitted Electronically Scope of Work: A. Implement Traffic Control consistent with PennDOT Work Zone Traffic Control guidelines. B. Removal and proper disposal of existing curb, sidewalk and bituminous materials as necessary. C. Construction of accessible ramps in locations identified in accordance with PennDOT Publication 72M, RC-67M - Curb Ramps and Sidewalks and as further described herein. D. Restoration of curb and sidewalk as further detailed in the project plans. E. Restoration of bituminous pavement as necessary. F. Restoration of disturbed earth including grading and application of seed and mulch to establish vegetation. Locations of Work Base Bid: 1 Eastbrook and Monroe Avenues 2 Crescent Street and Monroe Avenue 3 Crescent Street and Noeland Avenue 4 DeHaven Avenue and Centre Street 5 Woodland and Fairview Avenues Option A - Additional Bid Locations: 6 Cresent and Centre Streets 7 Crescent Street and Lincoln Avenue Option B - Additional Bid Locations: 8 Woodland Avenue and Centre Street 9 Dehaven and Fairview Avenues Further information is detailed within these project plans and specifications. The total contract value is anticipated to be in the price range of $200,000 to $220,000. furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The time for completion of work under this contract shall be 90 calendar days from the Contractors receipt of the written Notice to Proceed
