The work will include but not be limited to site preparation, earthwork, asphalt pavement installation, pavement marking installation, signage installation, concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk construction, landscape restoration, and irrigation, among other items quantified in the proposal pages of this ITB. Licensing Requirements: Possession of a State of Florida Certified Licensed Contractor and Broward County Certified General Contractor. is required for this Project.
