The scope of work consists of but is not limited to maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, grading, drain improvements, concrete installation, concrete removal, restroom renovations, dugout removal/replacement, sod and sports turf installation, fence removal/replacement, drainage ditch grading, water fountain improvements, park amenity installation/removal, and softball/baseball field clay removal/installation. Invitation to Bid, each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Town and be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The firm awarded the Contract must submit a 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond that are acceptable to the Town and meet the requirements of the contract documents. The Town's budget for this project is $3,400,000. Plans may be obtained beginning June 12, 2023 in the Engineering Division of Town Hall Town reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
