The successful bidder will have 120 calendar days from the mandatory start date of September 4, 2023 to fully complete all work. Award of Contract is expected on July 25, 2023. All Bidders will be required to hold their original bid prices, without change, for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date bids are opened, except to the extent relief is available pursuant to Public Contract Code, Section 5100 et. seq.The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any formality in the bidding.
