The Hollis Fire Department (hereafter referred to as HFD) on behalf of the Town of Hollis New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as the Town) is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the installation of two (2) new, independent 30,000 gallon (minimum), cisterns for fire suppression purposes located in two separate areas of Hollis NH.] The HFD request proposals for the procurement, installation and acceptance testing of two (2) 30,000 gallon (minimum), fire suppression cisterns. Prices quoted shall be all-inclusive and represent a complete installation as represented in the bid specifications. The vendor shall be responsible for all materials, labor and other associated equipment needed to completely install, test and turnover for acceptance to the Hollis Fire Department two (2) working cisterns detailed herein. PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work under this RFP is to procure, install and make trouble free for a lifetime two (2) cisterns matching the current HFD cistern specifications. The selected vendor will be responsible for recommending the style and type of cistern. The selected vendor must ensure it has adequate resources to provide these services and meet the needs of the HFD. Both cisterns shall meet the current HFD Fire Protection Cistern Specifications provided upon request and/or located in Appendix A.
