Location is The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System, 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. Locations are in the following areas in Outpatient Pharmacy Administration area- H1C01 corridor, H1684 conference room,H1676 Reception, H1678 office, H1680 Chief's office - carpet tiles and H1665 office with LVT. This includes procuring, set up, delivery, and installation of new flooring.
