This project includes the rehabilitation of an existing above ground booster pump station along Wilder Branch Road in Confluence, KY. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. All bidders shall submit with their bid an acceptable bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Owner. The Bidder awarded the contract shall complete this project within 120 calendar days of the construction start date. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $750 per calendar day. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. This contract is being funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency Questions regarding this project must be received by Nesbitt Engineering, Inc. (859-685-4547 bgreenwell@nei-ky.com) in writing no later than 5:00 P.M. 06/21/2023.
