A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The project generally includes construction of new pathways, grading, landscaping and irrigation. A new pergola shade structure, power and site lighting are included in the scope of work. Site furnishings will be provided and installed by the City of Bay Village. 2. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under single prime contract. 2. The estimated cost of the Work is $570,000. **As of July 14, 2023 project will rebid on July 20th.** All inquiries concerning this project should be directed and addressed to HBM Architects project manager, James Shook at jshook@HBMarchitects.com Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form found in the Project Manual. If the City determines to award the contract, the City will award it based on the lowest and best bid as determined in the discretion of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
