LeChase requests cost proposals from prospective contractors for the construction build out of a Theranostic Infusion Center within the Nuclear Medicine department on the 2nd floor of the Main Hospital. The Theranostic Infusion Center will be located in close proximity to the PET/CT scanner and the lab where radioactive materials are handled. The project will consist of two phases. Phase 1 of the project will consist of renovations to existing office space within the Nuclear Medicine Department. The renovation will result in two shielded infusion rooms and a nurse's station. Phase 1 is desired to be delivered as quickly as possible. Phase 2 will build out two additional shielded infusion rooms, constructing an addition over an existing first floor connecting corridor. Alternate #1 is all work associated with the build out of the 3rd story addition for future storage. This project has M/WBE participation goals of 15% MBE and 15% WBE. This project has a 6% SDVOB participation goal.
