*Award subject to final approval Reference Number: 1732764 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-06-20 This project consists of: Replacement of existing furniture in the rooms of the birth module on the first floor of Block D of the Cité-de-la-Santé Hospital, located at 1755 René-Laennec Boulevard, in Laval. The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a hospital that remains occupied for the duration of the work. The building's activities are continuous 24 hours a day, 24 days a week. To ensure cohabitation allowing continuity of care, the contractor must be aware of the methods to be followed for phasing work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to a work in a hospital environment. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural) to determine the precise extent of the work and the protective measures required. The work includes, but is not limited to: The provision of all permits other than the required building permit, including related documents; The demolition of the elements; Temporary work; Containment work related to infection control; Containment work relating to the safety of users; Drilling; The coordination of the work according to the phasing and schedule to be provided by the contractor; Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings as requested; Waste removal; Daily and final cleaning of the construction site; The provision of documentation documents and the closure of the site.
