Failure to specify the exact address may result in the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors not receiving the bid, or not receiving the bid by the deadline Question & Answer Jul 11, 2023 5:00:00 PM PDT The Work will consist of, but not be limited to the following: Renovating the existing Radiographic Room 144 (Rad 6), Control Room 144A, Equipment Room 147, Supply Room 150, restroom accessibility retrofits. The Occupancy Group is Group I-2 and the project is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI), formerly known as the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). The work includes the removal of existing imaging equipment in Room 144 and installation of new digital imaging equipment system (Siemens Artis Icono Single Plane Floor), patching and repairing of lead shielding in walls and doors, renovation of finishes (wall, floor, ceiling) including renovations of Tech Light Room 151 with workstations and new finishes. Additional equipment and utility infrastructure includes seismic bracing, surface mounted electrical raceways, relocation of electrical disconnect panel, supporting owner medical equipment, and installation of new acoustical ceiling tile The estimated cost for the base Bid for this work is: 2,500,000.
