This work includes, but is not limited to removing one concrete and earthen dam, clearing approximately 0.83 acres, dewatering and diverting Barrel Springs, and placement of large woody debris, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Washington State Department of Transportation 2023 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
