This project includes providing all labor, equipment, implements, and materials required to furnish and install all kitchen floor epoxy, and cove bases, as shown on the drawings, notes, and as typical for a project of this type. The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center is replacing the epoxy flooring at the main kitchen, located on Level 2 Bidding procedures and award of the contract will be in accordance with the provisions of Section 39M, inclusive, of Chapter 30 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. No DCAMM certification required. Each bid shall be submitted and will be considered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other Contract Documents, and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted to bflynn@massconvention.com in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Allowing the contractors only 18 calendar days to complete this project. Bidders are directed to provide the resources needed to complete the work within the above window only.
