Questions are due no later than 7-days prior to bid opening. The Work to be performed under this Contract as described below shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, and performing all Work as required by and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, all of which are made a part hereof. The Work shall be complete, including all Work, material, and services not expressly called for or shown in said Contract Documents, which may be necessary for completion and proper construction to carry out the Contract in good faith. The site of Work shall be left in a neat condition. The cost of all Work performed, furnished, and installed is to be included in the amount bid for the various items of Work with no separate compensation allowed therefore. All Work shall be performed in accordance with the applicable portions of the latest revisions of the City Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings; and any other plans or specifications indicated in the Contract Documents. The scope of Work is outlined in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Plans and Contract Specifications. furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not limited to, installation of new sanitary sewer trunklines, installation of a new lift station and associated improvements including furnishing and installation of new wet well, new pumps, level sensor, control panel and associated electrical improvements, as the Lemoore Sanitary Sewer Lift Station 9.
