Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to update Wage Determination to KS20220044, Building, dated 16 June 2023, and to add FAR 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application. The solicitation proposal due date is extended to 10 July 2023. Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to extend the solicitation closing date from 15 June 2023 at 1000 CST to 23 June 2023 at 1400 CST. This extension provides additional time for RFIs to be answered. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to extend the solicitation closing date from 07 June 2023 at 1400 CST to 15 June 2023 at 1000 CST. This extension provides additional time for RFIs to be answered. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.In general, this Scope of Work consists of a base award of a new prefabricated metal building, with option award items for new perimeter fence, vehicle access gate, and vehicle gate automatic openers within the above referenced fence inside the Marion Reservoir Project Office Compound. This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, Sub-Contractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. Where contract documents and criteria appear to be in conflict, the Contractor shall consult the Contracting Officer (KO) or the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), as applicable, for clarification before beginning any work.
