Scope of work: Cottonwood Elementary School, Silver Stage Elementary Silver Stage Middle Dining Hall 1.Tear off existing roof; haul off roofing debris. 2.Install (new) 30# felt or synthetic equal. New High Temp. Ice & Water at all perimeters. 3.Provide new drip edges at all sides of the various roofs. 4.Install new modified 40 year shingles per the specification. 5.New plumbing flashings, penetrations, curbs and any heating flashing up to 8" in diameter. 6.Reuse all mechanical curbs and exhaust vents. 7.Paint all metal flanges & metal flashing, etc. to match the (N) shingle color. 8.Malarkey's Vista AR (252) 130 mph lifetime shingles or equal. 9.New low profile modified ridge shingles at all ridges. 5-year labor guarantee Any bidder who wishes to be considered is responsible for making certain that its bid is received in the LCSD Superintendents office by the proper time. Per the requirements of the Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 338, General Contractors interested in submitting a bid must meet the requirements of NRS 338 as it relates to eligibility, which includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements: be licensed as a contractor with appropriate license limit and class; be qualified to bid public works projects (as qualified by the State of Nevada Public Works Division); have adequate license limit, bonding limit and levels of insurance for the state of Nevada and the county of where the work is to be performed. All apprenticeship waiver forms must be submitted in accordance with SB207. Prevailing wage and certified payroll also are to be followed as stated in accordance with (NRS) 338.
