The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Bridge replacement on East Loveland Avenue, Bridge No. M01-0.18 along with miscellaneous improvements and alterations to East Loveland Avenue. Including installation of an 8-inch water main and a 12-inch sanitary sewer, concrete curbs and sidewalks, storm sewer, and roadway repaving Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. BIDDERS must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Clermont County and the City of Loveland, Ohio as determined by Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of the project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COPIES OF SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES. Attention to the BIDDERS is called to the Instructions to Bidders which is included in the proposed Contract Documents. Proposal forms found in the Procurement Forms and Supplements section of the Contract Documents shall be completed and properly executed when submitting the Bid. The City of Loveland reserves the right to reject any and all Bids at its sole discretion or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the most responsive and responsible BIDDER. Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. The City of Loveland reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding
