This is solicited to 100% Small Business This project consists of removal of existing HVAC units that are no longer functioning, and supply and installation of new units as described for each bid item. The completion of this project would return normal operations to the heating and cooling systems at each site, while decreasing the consumption of power due to the efficiency gains provided by new HVAC systems. Offerors are expected to familiarize themselves with the project locations and all conditions affecting work prior to submitting bids. Where available, the Government has provided building drawings; these are provided as information only and do not substitute thorough site investigation.
