Services. Contractor shall perform the Services described in Exhibit A, subject to all terms and conditions in the Contract. Contractor shall not receive additional compensation for the performance of any Services not described therein. (b) Modification. City, at any time, by written order, may make changes within the general scope of the work under this Agreement or issue additional instructions, require additional work or direct deletion of work. Contractor shall not proceed with any change involving an increase or decrease in the Contract Price, as defined in Section 4 of this Agreement, without prior written authorization from City. Contractor shall not be entitled to compensation for the performance of any such unauthorized work. Contractor further waives any and all right or remedy by way of restitution or quantum meruit for any and all extra or changed work performed without express and prior written authorization of City. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall promptly commence and diligently complete any change to the work subject to City's written authorization issued pursuant to this Section ; Contractor shall not be relieved or excused from its prompt commencement of diligent completion of any change subject to City's written authorization by virtue of the absence or inability of Contractor and City to agree upon the extent of any adjustment to the completion schedule or Contract Price on account of such change. The issuance of a change order pursuant to this Section 3 in connection with any change authorized by City shall not be deemed a condition precedent to Contractor's obligation to promptly commence and diligently complete any such change authorized by City hereunder. City's right to make changes shall not invalidate the Contract nor relieve Contractor of an
