Project calls to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transport needed in performing all work required to construct an EQ Basin at Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility B54731 located on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) FL. Use included specifications and drawings to construct a 191,000 gallon equalization (EQ) basin at the south side of the existing EQ basin at the Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) at Cape Canaveral SFS, FL. To include but not limited to: Plumbing the influent and effluent piping for the new EQ basin to allow the new and existing basins to operate in series, in parallel, or independently. Reconfiguring the existing piping, valves, and sensors to interface with the new EQ basin. Installation of a floating, VFT controlled aerator and dissolved oxygen sensor in the new basin. Installation of new discharge pumps, VFD controlled if necessary, and plumbing to an abandoned 8" pipe if feasible for discharge to the closed loop reactor.
