The Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is 300 calendar Days from the Commencement Date in Owner s Notice to Proceed. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashierís check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the Bid price, including all additive Bid items. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any errors or discrepancies in the Bids. The Work will consist of: o Upgrade exterior path of travel and parking spaces to comply with accessibility requirements. o Update interior ID signage. o Replace (19) rooftop HVAC units and (4) toilet exhaust fans. o Replace roofing system. o Renovate Suite 260, including new lighting, upgrading finishes, remodeling restroom, providing furniture and cubicles. o Upgrade (4) public restrooms with LED lighting fixtures, new accessories, and increasing room sizes; reconfigure plumbing fixtures and accessories to comply with accessibility requirements. o Provide drinking fountain on 1 st and 2 nd level. B. Key personnel: 1. Contractor must provide a minimum full-time staff of key personnel who must be at the site at all times when Work is being performed. These staff include, at a minimum: a. General Superintendent (per Section 01 31 00, iProject Managementi) b. Quality Control (iQCi) Manager or Alternate (Per section 01 45 00, iQuality Controli) General Superintendent may function as the QC Manager. 2. No Work may begin until Contractor submits, and Owner approves, the positions in Section B.1, above. The Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is 300 calendar Days
