The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. . Gates must be a swing arm gate. • Gates will be electric with battery operated backup. Town will provide electric circuit to both locations. • Swing gates must be constructed of black powder coated metal tubing with reflective tape. • Both gates must be programable to open and close at set times. • All gates shall have support wheels on all arms. Town will provide curb cuts and landings for wheels. • Both must have “click 2 enter” systems for emergency vehicles. If emergency vehicles must open the gates, the gates must be programed to provide a minimum opening of 20’. • Four remotes for each set of gates with the option to add more. • Both must have sensors for vehicles to exit if leaving after gates have closed. • Each gate system must include a backup battery. • No type of support post can be installed on the road and between lanes. • Delivery and Installation at McFee Park (917 McFee Rd. Farragut, TN) • Installation location of gates: o North Entrance: between 46’-110’ from the exit lane’s stop line o South Entrance: between 16’-60' from crosswalk
