The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Construction of new 20-ft x 22-ft well house including concrete foundation, building structure, interior piping, valves, meters, tanks, controls, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, development of production well, water main, water services, demolition of existing well house, SESC measures, HMA and concrete removal and replacement, site restoration, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances.
