Question Deadline 09/13/2023 at 4:30 PM MT The Pueblo of Isleta is requesting proposals from professional engineering consulting companies to design a low pressure sewer collection system (e-One) and decommissioning of existing septic systems for approximately 395 homes located on the east side of the Pueblo of Isleta. The design will be based off Alternative 7 (page 98) in the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) entitled, “PUEBLO OF ISLETA WASTEWATER SYSTEM PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT,” prepared by Bohannan-Huston, Inc., December 2009. Bid phase and construction phase services will also be incorporated with this RFP. The new low pressure sewer system will convey wastewater to the Pueblo’s Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Pueblo of Isleta reserves the right to negotiate with a successful offeror provisions in addition to those contained in the RFP. The contents of this RFP, as revised and/or supplemented, and the successful offeror’s proposal will be incorporated into and become part of the contract. Offeror(s), to include both the primary consultant and sub-consultant(s), shall have a Business License(s) issued by the State of New Mexico. If the services proposed are ones for which licensure by the State of New Mexico or another agency is required, state license or membership number (e.g., Professional Engineer, Professional Surveyor, Professional Architect, State Bar Member, etc.) and date of first licensing in New Mexico may be required. Also, state whether license is currently in good standing. All labor utilized under this Contract shall be paid a wage of no less than the “prevailing hourly rate of wages” for work of a similar character in this locality, as established and amended at any time by the U.S. Department of Labor and the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions.
