As of July 19 ,2023 the project was awarded to Mogan Asphalt for $1,612,044.70 . The principal items of work are approximately as follows: * Lane leveling, where necessary * Lowering manholes/valves prior to milling and adjusting manholes/valves after overlay, including concrete rings * Roto milling streets and tie-ins (Approximately 898,500 SF, including traffic control. Milled width from lip of curb to within 2 feet of either side of centerline plus tie-ins, milled depth 1-1/2" at lip of curb to daylight at a distance 2' from centerline. The roundabout and connections will require that 3" milled out, curb to curb.) * 2-inch overlay of streets (approximate quantity 993,430 square feet, more or less depending on bid price) * 3-inch overlay of roundabout and connections (approximate quantity 30,900 square feet) Traffic control The project is to be completed by August 31, 2023 A pre-bid conference will not be held. All BIDDERS are required to have bid, payment, and performance bonds.
