**The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. A Request for Proposals for CMaR is expected to be released in a future date.** As of July 21 ,2023 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline award has not yet been established . The station will house response forces including an Engine, Ladder, Two Medic Units, Brush Truck, and Command staff companies. The station will also house the Fire Chief, Operations Chief, HR, Finance, and Fire Prevention. Based on these needs, we believe that the target size for the project would be two stories totaling around 30,000 square feet. Should discrepancies or omissions be found in the RFP or should there be a need to clarify the RFP, questions or comments regarding this RFP must be put in writing and received by DFPD no later than Wednesday, June 21, 2023. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest and may terminate, modify or suspend the process, reject any or all submittals, modify the terms and conditions of this selection process and/or waive informalities of any submission.
