Reference number : 1774482 Lot 10.264 - Electrical Entrance Work - Espace Bleu - Capitale-Nationale (Québec) - Pavillon Camille-Roy, located at 3, rue de la Vieille-Université, Québec (Québec) SQI is issuing a public call for tenders for construction work involving demolition, decontamination and structural work. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of all equipment specified in the electrical plans and specifications for the modification of the electrical entrance of the Séminaire de Québec. As part of this mandate, the Contractor must set up a temporary power supply connected to a generator provided by the construction manager, dismantle and evacuate the elements of the old electrical entrance from the site, carry out the excavation and installation of the underground conduits under the massif, including backfilling and finishing on the Séminaire de Québec site, Perform commissioning of the new electrical input and all related work specified in the plans and specifications. The work required under this call for tenders must be completed in 60 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction holidays and delays in the procurement of materials/equipment) from the date set out in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The expected start date is March 13, 2024 and April 13, 2024.
